Our Experience Matters
Our firm is built on the experience of its leaders. John Dalton (Principal) and Jason Delancy (COO) have over 30 years of combined experience in the design and construction industry in South East Louisiana and the Gulf Coast. John, as an architect, and Jason, as a lead designer and project manager, formerly worked at a reputable design-build construction firm and collaborated on a wide array of projects over the last 10 years. It is in these formative years that John and Jason had monumental opportunities to grow and learn from the experiences gained on projects ranging from healthcare and hospitality, to historic renovations and educational facilities. John and Jason were also called to help rebuild the city of New Orleans in the wake of Hurricane Katrina through renovating countless buildings on Tulane and Dillard Universities’ campuses. They are truly humbled by the opportunity to restore these influential institutions.
